Power Breakfast Recipe

Good Morning Guys!!

Some days are so hectic that you don’t have time to grab breakfast or maybe you’re just not in the mood for solid food. Well here’s a recipe for one of my favorite breakfast shakes; this was go-to back in college when I had to dash out of the house.

It’s simple and easy to make. Basically putting all the ingredients into the blender and voila! This shake is also filled with protein, so not only will it help you feel energized but it would (should) keep you filled till lunch.

Banana-Oats Shake

Ingredients

Ripe Banana (1/2 depending on the size)
2 cups Milk
1 scoop Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Oats
2 cups Crushed Ice
2 tsps Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon

As I said before place each ingredient into your blender; I used frozen bananas this time since I had some overripe ones. Also, to make it easier I used crushed ice. Then I chose liquefy on my blender to get the oats well blended and not too thick. All you have to do now is pour in a glass and enjoy!

Have you tried this shake before?
What are some other protein filled shakes you’ve tried?
What’s your go-to breakfast for when you’re in a rush?
