In my Kitchen // Shrimp + Spinach Pizza

Happy Friday, hope it has been a good one so far. Today I had no clue what I was going to have for lunch, and I didn’t feel like spending any money. Therefore, I looked in my refrigerator and tried to figure out what I could whip up quickly.  Based on my title you can see what my decision was!

Ingredients:

Pizza Crust – Artisan Thin (Rosemary & Olive Oil)
Pizza Sauce – Barilla Marinara Sauce
Shredded Cheese – Mexican 4 Cheese Blend
1/2 Cup Cooked Spinach
1 Cup Defrosted & Cleaned Shrimp
Onion
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Powder *for shrimp*
Black Pepper & Salt *for shrimp*

Method:

Preheat oven to 400F. Line baking pan with foil & grease with non-stick  vegetable oil spray.
Take out one crust or how much you desire. These were the perfect size for me; after 3/4 I was full.
Base crust with marinara sauce, sprinkle a little italian seasoning, layer spinach, cheese, shrimp and sliced onions. Add as much cheese as you like. Mozzarella would have probably been a better option but I had this cheese already grated.
Place in oven for 10 mins or until cheese has melted and shrimp is pink.
Slice in your desired way, serve & enjoy!

This was quick little snack to try and I hope you enjoy it!
Turn it into an event and have a Netflix & Pizza night with your friends or maybe just you and your significant other.

What are your favorite pizza toppings?
What’s the weirdest topping you’ve tried?
